Description :
Onuma, Inc. is looking for bids for a Revit Add-on (.Net) to exchange building model information (spatial data and attribute data) between Autodesk Revit 2008/9 and our own BIM application through our own BIMXML format.
Attached is sample of a simple model (2 story house with 8 rectangular rooms and furniture). Obviously this can get a bit more complex with irregular and curved shapes but it is basically all the information that we want to exchange at this time. A future development will include more elements such as walls, roofs, etc but this is not part of this project.
The current information that is being exchanged is:
- Floor Slabs (spatial attriubtes like placment, rotation, thickness, shape)
- Room shapes (placement, shapes, with some attributes like name, number, etc.)
- Furniture (names, placement, overall dimensions, few attributes, no complex geometries). During import into Revit, the Add-on needs to create instances from the furniture families in Revit mapped to the name of the equpiment that is being imported.
- no slanted or clipped shapes at this time.
In addition to the attached sample file we can supply descriptions and explanations of all required and possible xml tags and/or additional sample files.
We will require a non-disclosure agreement with the developers. The source code will be property of Onuma, Inc. and has to be delivered after completion together with the finalized Add-on.
