About us:
The Company was started in 1998 to provide a host of corporate services to reputed companies and financial institutions by Mr. T. Radhakrishnan who is a Chartered and Cost Accountant by profession and has more than 20 years of rich and varied international experience both in General and Financial management, in manufacturing, trading and construction. Until recently, he was a Profit-center head for a reputed group of companies in Muscat, Sultanate Of Oman with interests in Trading, Construction, Manufacturing and other agency lines and returned to India to establish business enterprises and render his services for the benefit of various agencies and to give employment opportunities to upcoming young and energetic people. The company expects to benefit from his long experience in business and his long-term vision on developments.
There was a growing need for a service provider who could offer “Quality” and a variety of corporate services as a “one-stop” solution. Data processing, quality assurance, mass mailing, back office processing services regular courier services, were identified as immediate opportunities and the necessary investments were made in infrastructure, equipments & other facilities.
The companies have adopted “Quality & Reliability” as the most indispensable ‘key word’ for all their operations and till date these continue to be our guiding principles and the golden key to our success.
Management Team:
Operationally headed by Mr. V. Hariharan who is a financial accountant has been employed on a full time basis with a clear focus on managing the operations and business developments. He has to his credit over 8 years of varied experience in managing large operations in India and abroad.
The company is professionally managed with a well-qualified IT team supporting company continuously and data security has been kept as top priority. The IT team is divided into divisions - software team and Hardware/Network team.
A separate team was formed for software to cater to the need of internal Office Automation and also to meet the client’s Software needs. The software team consists of skilled people who have hands on experience in latest trends in IT like .NET, asp. net, etc. They have developed several application software that has been successfully used by many of clients. We also develop web sites and do site maintenance.
This hardware/Network team is available round the clock. Our Strength of hardware/Network team is expertise towards the Network Security Policy & Information Security Policy for both servers & Desktop PC’s. All the clients machines (PC’s) is been updated with the latest service packs & patches, antivirus updates through the Centralized management Control.

Transaction Processing:
NR Cheques – end to end processing of cheques deposited by Global NR Customers. Processing of Auto, Personal & Home Loans with Quality Assurance. Software Development for the above said processes.
Management Consultancy:
Inventory Management (Bank Stationeries) -Storage of stocks, periodical review of stock movements and timely placement of order on the basis of consumption and obtaining approval for marketing inserts and maintaining the quality as per standards. Functioning in line with the marketing team as well as with the print shop to cater the exact quantity levels and reducing wastages.
Verification Services:
Background verifications like Customer Address proof, Employment etc. for credit card & Loans disbursements.
Mailing & Quality Assurance:
Collection of customer statements from Bank, Checking for page controls and printing quality along with the control sheets provided, arranging for Stuffing, Pasting and tallying for quantity count and finally arranging for dispatch by courier and by post and pincode wise segregation.
Data Processing Services:
Image processing and normal data entry. Developing software for data entry as per customer’s requirement with
Proper processing flow like Key, Verify, Mismatch and QC Operations. The quality of output is maintained as per customer requirement and developing various software tools to eradicate the errors and maintain the standard quality policy.
Software development:
End to end software developments are in place to cater the customer expected output and upload. Customer’s output requirements are measured and software developments are arranged to meet all standards and adequate care is taken for further upgrades and developments.
Hardware & Networking:
The hardware/Network team is available round the clock. Our Strength of hardware/Network team is expertise towards the Network Security Policy & Information Security Policy for both servers & Desktop PC’s. All the clients machines (PC’s) is been updated with the latest service packs & patches, antivirus updates through the Centralized management Control. We also undertake AMC for hardware/Networking and antivirus controls.
Logistics Management:
In logistics management we undertake courier management and fix Barcode labels for reference on the consignments with which we provide accurate dispatch details and delivery status from the couriers. In-house software development is in place to take care of customer needs and accuracy.
Scanning Services:
Data scanning and image scanning for further processes like data entry and data conversion.
Representation Services:
We also carry out services like Data collection, Chqs collection, Document collection, on behalf of the parent company and act as a representative for continues business.

The company offers data conversion services & solutions including image conversion at its modern 75-seater facility at Shenoy Nagar. Currently the company is handling two projects of image to data conversion for M/s Lason India Ltd., a subsidiary company of LASON, U.S.A. Both the projects involve processing of medical insurance claim forms. The company can also handle any other type of data conversion and has in-house software development capabilities. The current employee strength is 175.
The company employs suitably qualified professionals at Supervisory levels and also persons with the necessary technical skills at other levels. The objective is to consistently offer Quality and Reliability to our principals.

1.Premises:
Shenoy Nagar: 3400 sq. ft. of office space at Shenoy Nagar, easily accessible by bus as well as by train. The office premises are fully air-conditioned and offer the latest facilities including access controls and round the clock security.

2. Collected Cards are converted to image format by scanning for Data entry.

2)Entry in any system is regulated by separate LOGINS for respective users.
3)E-mail access is given to only administrators. After E-mail connection, respective IDS are used by user department for sending mails

Business terms :
Business can be finalised on the basis of sigining of mutual agreements. We will assure that strict confidentiality will be maintained at our end as a Business Associates and Proces will be carried out as per customer requirement and Turn Arount Time(TAT) wil be followed as per norms. Quality assurance will be confirmed and necessary tools will be initiated by us for better quality standards. Regarding payment terms - 25 days from the date of our Invoice or terms will be mutually agreed upon at the time of signing contract.
